Carpoint BX-5M 12V/24V Battery Charger 25 Ampère Lithium

This Carpoint BX-5M battery charger is suitable for charging 12 and 24 Volt 50-500 amp (12V) and 25-100 amp (24V) rechargeable lead acid batteries and 25-100 amp lead calcium batteries and 12 Volt 50-500 amp Lithium-ion batteries. The battery charger goes through a fully automatic charging cycle in 9 steps. Diagnosis and bulk charge phase, checks the condition of the battery and in case of severely discharged batteries, the battery is charged with pulse charging with high and low current to restore the battery. Bulk phase, maximum charging current of 80% of the energy is charged. Absorption phase, charging until almost 100% is reached. Analysis phase, checking the state of charge. Drip charging phase, battery is maintained at maximum level. Maintenance charge phase, starts when battery voltage falls below certain level. Quick charge phase, restores severely discharged batteries with high charge voltage. Manual special maintenance phase, With constant voltage and current, trickle charging is performed. Power supply phase, Used as power supply with maximum capacity when output voltage becomes lower than 12V. Maximum charging current 25 amps. The CP-5M battery charger is supplied with two different colour-coded cables. One cable equipped with battery clamps for charging disconnected batteries and one cable with eye terminals (Ø8.5mm) for permanently connected batteries. Both cables are equipped with a quick connector. Clear display with: mode key to switch between different battery types and between amp/voltage and percentage charge. Indicator lights for error messages. Further equipped with quick charge and memory function, night charge mode and power mode.
