Airolube Bearing Grease is a vegetable grease developed for parts that are exposed to enormous power. An example of this is bearings or axles. The Airolube Bearing Grease is resin-free and adheres excellently. This ball bearing grease is distinguished by its vegetable character and very low coefficient of friction and high-quality corrosion protection.
The Airolube Bearing Grease ensures that moisture and dirt cannot penetrate the parts. This prevents rusting and closing of the parts. The ball bearing grease is suitable for all weather conditions and maintains excellent operation in a temperature range between -20°C and 70°C.
Application:
Ball bearings, sliding bearings, wheel bearings. Lubrication of sliding and turning structures. Suitable for all lubrication points that require an NLGI 2 grease. Not to be used for wheel hubs, cross couplings and hot water pumps.
Instructions:
Wet the surface. Make sure the surface is degreased. To do this, use a degreaser such as Airolube Super Degreaser. After degreasing, lubricate the surface with Airolube Bearing Grease.
Many people are concerned about the health of the earth and increasingly opt for clean, new, responsible organic and plant-based products. Airolube has therefore made this trend its core business. Airolube products are made on the basis of rapeseed oil, for cleaning, lubrication and maintenance.
Airolube stands for:
Why rapeseed oil?
Crude rapeseed oil has advantages compared to fossil oils. Because it is naturally liquid, even at lower temperatures, there is no need to add the expensive substances needed in fossil fuels. The 'magnetic' properties of rapeseed oil ensure that it naturally adheres very well to metals.
