Are unpaved roads not extreme enough? KONI Heavy Track Raid is the most robust and most durable all-terrain damper of its kind. KONI Raid dampers have been specially developed and tested at great length to withstand the most extreme Off-Road challenges.

KONI has used its many years of experience in developing the Heavy Duty dampers to develop a damper specifically aimed at the extreme Off-Roader. This resulted in the KONI Heavy Track Raid dampers. These dampers have a robust over-dimensioned construction and utilize oversized dimensions and components. The dampers are welded all around and the gaskets/seals withstand very high temperatures.

Regardless the heavy terrain conditions, the RAID dampers have already proven their excess value many times, with durability, robustness and safety being paramount.

Twin-tube technology

• Outer tube thickness of 2.5mm; damper function guaranteed in case of deformation of outer tube by impact of rocks

Reservoir tube

• Big bore (70mm)
• Oil volume has been doubled for better cooling & efficiency

Attachments

• Solid, robust attachments and made from 1 piece
• Attachments welded all around (360°)
• Special heat-resistant sealing rings

Adjustability

• Possibility to adjust the rebound forces in order to adapt your damper to your springs and / or loads

Double dynamic protection

• Rebound: progressive hydraulic rebound stop valve
• Bump: extra security in case of big compression impact
