This manual grease gun is built for robust workshop use and is suitable for greases up to NLGI grade 2 at 20 °C. A precision pump piston with a close fit to the cylinder helps prevent false lubrication and ensures consistent performance, even after 40,000 operating cycles.

For safe use, it delivers up to 400 bar working pressure, features quick venting (half a turn of the barrel) and provides secure handling with slip-resistant grips. The zinc die-cast head (Z 410) is built for long service life. Refilling options include a 400 g grease cartridge (DIN 1284) or bulk grease; the follower piston seals tightly in both cases. TÜV certified and manufactured to DIN 1283.
