This manual industrial grease gun 1 HHFP is built for tough workshop use and is suitable for greases up to NLGI grade 2 at 20 °C. Thanks to the precision fit between the pump piston and cylinder (6 µm), false lubrication is avoided; the O-ring and ball valve reliably prevent grease backflow. Performance remains unchanged even after 40,000 operating cycles.

For flexible applications, it provides variable working pressure up to 400 bar with consistent lever force. Separate filling and venting valves in the grease gun head, plus quick venting (half a turn of the barrel), support clean operation. The follower piston seals tightly for cartridge or bulk grease and, with the flexible push rod, can also be used with damaged cartridges or cartridges that don't match standard dimensions exactly. TÜV certified and manufactured to DIN 1283.
