In wet, muddy, or dusty environments, your air filter needs extra defense. K&N filter wraps and pre-filters are designed to provide peace of mind and help extend the time between filter cleanings, so you can continue to enjoy the performance of your K&N air filtereven under extreme or off-road conditions.
The K&N Airforce Pre-Cleaner is a specially designed foam filter wrap made to extend the service interval of your K&N air filter when used in very dusty conditions. Large open cell foam construction stops 90% of dirt with very low air restriction.
The foam wrap is washable and reusable, and can be cleaned using K&N Air Filter Cleaner or mild soap and water. Red-colored Airforce Pre-Cleaners should be re-oiled with K&N Air Filter Oil after cleaning to maintain optimal performance and dust-trapping ability.

K&N offers three types of filter wraps, each tailored for specific needs:
PreCharger Standard polyester pre-filter
DryCharger Water-repellent, silicone-treated polyester pre-filter
Airforce PreCleaner Foam pre-filter
